Three ways to turn the pages:
1. The dark square on each side of the page,
2. Point your cursor to the upper edge of each page, or
3. Use the arrows on your keyboard.
If you click on the first tab on the toolbar, it will reveal a sidebar, showing all the pages.
If you click on the items on the Table of Contents it will take you directly to that page.
